Nikon School is excited to extend the current course offering with this new Editorial Fashion Photography Course created and presented by freelance photographer and film director Christian Blanchard.

About Christian

Born and raised in Perth, Christian has been working as a professional photographer in fashion for more than a decade. In 2010 he was named as one of Australia’s Top Ten Photographers by Capture Magazine.

Christian has been the creative force behind campaigns for clients including Nintendo, Cotton On, Ford, L’Oreal and Puma. Often work on a single campaign can last 6 months, during which time Christian can be found fine-tuning the concepts and travelling around the world searching for perfect locations.

Christian strives to strike the balance between creative expression and commercial acumen, both factors which he identifies as key to his success. During his courses Christian will cover these concepts with his students.

Christian joined Nikon School as a lecturer in 2010 and presents Nikon School’s Editorial Fashion Photography Course to be held in Melbourne on April 2, Sydney on April 30 and Brisbane May 28 2011.
