More acclaim for the D7000

06 January, 2011 | My Nikon Life | Comments

Not only is the D7000 proving its mettle in the field with David Adams as he takes it on the road through remote Central Asia, but it is scoring high praise indeed from CNET. In fact, it was voted one of the Top Rated Products of the month on CNET and scored an 8.6 out of 10.

Dual card slots, excellent image quality, a host of connectivity options including GPS and mic input, plus excellent build quality were some of the features that impressed the editor.

If there ever was a camera to create a rush of excitement when unpacking it through the arduous process of fitting the strap, adjusting custom-shooting settings and formatting a memory card it would be the Nikon D7000. Considering the D7000’s main competitor is the Canon 60D, the Nikon is leaps and bounds ahead in build quality and overall look-and-feel.
